Overall good experience. I would have liked them to sort such details as transferring of personal number plate onto new car. When I bought from a different BMW this was done by them which made it easier for me as the customer.

The only downfall with my recent experience/visit had been minimal, service desk offered to clean the car as part of the MOT however upon collecting the car this had not been done. I wouldn't mind but if this is offered I feel it should be completed.
