I set my vehicle to charge between midnight and 7am as I am on an EV Tarrif. Despite setting the vehicle to charge at these times, when I plug the charger in, at 5pm, it charges immediately. When bringing vehicle in on 2 occassions, no fault is found

As previously stated charged for a vehicle health check - video supplied states that it is complementary - it recommends replacement of rear tyre despite them having almost 4mm tread on each. Price quoted for replacement is 25 % above normal rprice

After collecting the car and driving for a few miles I noticed oil leaking out all over the front grill. Upon opening the bonnet I noticed the fuel filler cap had not been replaced and the engine bay caked in oil. This was fixed but shouldn't happen.

Very efficient and reassuring when inspecting your vehicle for imminent faults that may cause an issue to your safety, but the reason why I gave 3 stars was it is very expensive to replace small jobs like brake pads and glow plugs ( nearly £1500 )

My wife and I take our vehicles to Williams BMW every year for their service and if applicable MOT. I have never had a problem before but this is unbelievable and unacceptable. Service I received was awful. Neither of us will be owning another BMW.

I would have given 5 stars except I wasn't aware that payments are now made using the Cocoon payment system which I had not heard of. When I received a text address to "Mr. " (no name) asking for a payment. I was very suspicious and didn't click.

Everything was fine, but the cost of the MOT is already about £10/12 more than my local garage, but when you add on top the £18 charge for using a 'courtesy car', I will consider using my local garage next time to save me £30.

I had to pay out of my own pocket to have the roof lining dropped and to be told the fault was a faulty battery so my warrantee didn't pick up the costs for my fault alarm to come back in so guessing it is more of an electrical issue
