Similar reasons as above. Razzi the sales person extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding the vehicle I was considering and was a constant in the whole sales procedure from first to last. Can't praise him enough he was excellent.

Purchse process was fine. Handover was disappointing. Very little info given (despite asking the sales exec in advance to give me a thorough briefing). things in the handover list i.e spare wheel, service info, locking wheel nuts simply not covered.

We went through a long period where we received no information. We were then told it was manufactured and on its way and then we had to wait about three weeks apparently because it was still in customs. I think BMW UK should give more feedback.

Very efficient and reassuring when inspecting your vehicle for imminent faults that may cause an issue to your safety, but the reason why I gave 3 stars was it is very expensive to replace small jobs like brake pads and glow plugs ( nearly £1500 )

My wife and I take our vehicles to Williams BMW every year for their service and if applicable MOT. I have never had a problem before but this is unbelievable and unacceptable. Service I received was awful. Neither of us will be owning another BMW.

I had to pay out of my own pocket to have the roof lining dropped and to be told the fault was a faulty battery so my warrantee didn't pick up the costs for my fault alarm to come back in so guessing it is more of an electrical issue

I was offered a car wash to which I agreed. The dirty car body wasn't even touched. Only the front foot mats were dusted and that was it.. nothing else was done. Since this was offered, I expected it to be done. Quite disappointing.

The only fault I could say was that on a recall you don't get a cersatiy car to get home an back when the car was done. An the expenses are there for left to the customer. This is why mist people will not take it in for a recall.

The recall wad not needed. I was treated professionally but the mistake on BMW's part incurred some travel, work and childcare costs which were completely uncessary. None of these were addressed. I am yet to claim for the £30 travel cover.
