Excellent service from Ahamed Raazi at the service Centre in Liverpool. He was attentive and spent a lot of time with me showing me the details of the new car. We had an issue after picking up the car, but this was sorted quickly by Raazi.

I took the car elsewhere for a second opinion and they priced the job cheaper as they said a part that was decided was damaged in the initial inspection at Williams Liverpool was actually perfectly adequate.

I dealt with a staff member Helen Hewitt who was professional, helpful & courteous. The cost of the service I was quoted was recorded on the screen when she booked me in & she recorded that the car was not to be washed.

I filled out a pre check in questionnaire and one pf the options was a valuation of my car. When collecting car i asked for this and was this can only be done by our sales team in another building. Why offer it if not available whilst work was done.

Not too happy as the problem was not fully resolved. There was a charging flap issue - this was replaced but the flap was not attached properly. However team contacted me 2 days later for it to be corrected, requiring another visit

I had 4x new tyres fitted by Halfords the day before. Bmw service stated they pressure checked the tyres. I reset the pressures on the vehicle and the back tyres were 2.3 and 2.7 and the front 2.5. When I got home I had to readjust the tyres myself.

Car went in as a recovery, it took nearly 3 weeks to get it back. I explained that I have 5 month old daughter and myself and wife rely on our car. Nothing could be done apparently as no courtesy cars were available. This cause massive inconvenience
