Excellent service from Ahamed Raazi at the service Centre in Liverpool. He was attentive and spent a lot of time with me showing me the details of the new car. We had an issue after picking up the car, but this was sorted quickly by Raazi.

I was really satisfied with the service however I have always used Halliwell Jones in Warrington in the past and they always clean and mini valet your vehicle when requiring any work done. I expected this same service from you.

I dropped my vehicle off at opening time of 08:30 and did not get told a collection time. I eventually got through after a couple of phone calls saying 1700. Whilst getting the train over I got a phone call saying it was running late.

I took the car elsewhere for a second opinion and they priced the job cheaper as they said a part that was decided was damaged in the initial inspection at Williams Liverpool was actually perfectly adequate.
